 Preventative Maintenance
 It is impotant to have your equipment regularly serviced.
 Regular maintance will prevent breakdowns and costly repairs and will extend the life of
        the equipment.
 
 We provide the following
 
          PumpsGet a new pump installed or have us check out the old one. The problem may not be as bad
            (or as costly) as you think.
 
 
HeatersLet us install your new heater or work on your present heater. We understand the newer
            electronic ignition units as well as the older millivolt models.
 
 
Annual MaintenanceWe offer annual maintenance on all major equipment. This helps to keep it running with
            fewer problems and lower maintenance costs.
 
 
Clean and vacuum of pool
            bottom and wall including removal of all settlement and surface dirt, leaves and other
            foreign matters. 
 
Check the pH and Chlorine
            content of the pool water. Dose in chemicals as and when required to maintain pH level
            between 7.2 to 7.8 and chlorine level between 1.0 to 3.0 ppm in compliance with the
            Environmental Public Health. 
 
The readings of the pH and
            Chlorine levels will be recorded in a registrar provided by Aquatic Balance. 
 
Backwash the filters 
 
Check condition of the pool,
            pumps, piping, and other equipment's and fixtures. If any damages or malfunction we will
            notify the Management or Owner. 
 
Undertake repairs or
            replacement if necessary upon approval. 
 
Check Swimming Pool
            Filtration System and Piping system.
